Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order as orders move into processing quickly. Contact support@napmates.com immediately if you need to cancel. After this window we cannot guarantee we can accommodate the request.

If you notice an address error, contact us at support@napmates.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, additional shipping costs may apply.
